Construction training for women
Are you unemployed? Through on-site training and paid work trials, you could build a new career in the construction industry.
This free training programme is designed for you. BBV Skills Academy will provide the specialist training to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and qualifications you need before a guaranteed paid work trial matched to your skills and interests.

The diverse site-based roles and short courses include:
- Health and safety
- CSCS card
- Small hand tools
- Basic plant awareness including ride on roller and dumper
- Traffic Marshall
- Fire Marshall
- Emergency first aid
- Hand excavation and reinstatement
- CAT and Genny
- Abrasive wheels
Candidates must be 19+ in the current academic year, unemployed and to have lived in the UK for the past three years. You must also be in receipt of either Universal Credit, Job Seekers' Allowance or Employment & Support Allowance.
