Miss Macaroon programme

Miss Macaroon are delighted to announce their MacsMAD programme will be starting again on Monday 13 January 2025. 

It will take place at Miss Macaroon, 10 Octagon Business Park, Miller Street, Birmingham.

Miss Macaroon are a baker of luxury, French, handmade macaroons who reinvest their profits into helping unemployed young people change their lives. TheMacsMAD programme stands for 'Macaroons that Make A Difference'.

If you are between the age of 18-35, are long-term unemployed and looking to get into work in the next three months then they are here to help.

The programme offers young people the chance to develop their transferable skills, develop skills in catering, gain work experience in a professional kitchen and gain industry qualifications such as Food Hygiene Level 2. You are also able to focus on their wellbeing by having access to a psychotherapist, mentor and counsellor.

BTEC Qualifications in English and Maths are also available to those who need them.
