Retail and Hospitality training (Brandwood Centre)

Boost your career this festive season!

Specifically for future retail and hospitality professionals, our intensive training will help you excel during the busiest time of the year. Elevate your service, delight your customers, and make this Christmas your most successful yet.

This is open to anyone living in Birmingham, aged 19+ and not currently in work, education or training. 

The six week course begins on Friday 20 September 2024 and includes:

• Teamwork and communication training
• Customer service training
• Level 2 Food Safety for Catering
• Level 2 Occupational Health & Safety
• Level 3 Combined Emergency First Aid
• Application form and interview guidance

The course takes place every Friday between 9.30am and 4.30pm at the Brandwood Centre, 157 Allens Croft Road, Kings Heath, B14 6RP.
