Forklift & Employability course

South & City College are running a four-week forklift truck (FLT) course running every month at the training centre in Birmingham. 

What's included?

The four-week course combines three weeks of classroom sessions (five days per week) focusing on essential job skills such as money matters, mental health, teamwork and organisation, all tailored to warehouse and FLT work. 

Additionally, you'll undergo a five-day week of warehouse training, leading to an RTITB licence (Counterbalance or Reach), boosting your employment opportunities and consolidating your learning. 

Interested?

To be eligible you must be claiming State Benefits (JSA, Income Support, ESA or UC), be 19 or older on 31 August 2024, have been resident in the UK/EEA for the last three years and live in the West Midlands.
