Youth Offending Service - a guide for parents and carers

What do we do?

All children and young people be allocated a Youth Offending Team Officer.
This could be after an Out of Court Panel, or Court.
They will arrange to meet in a place that children and young people feel safe, to complete an assessment.
Parents and Carers are invited to be a part of the assessment.
Getting parents and carers views is essential to support children and young people and find a way forward.
