Make a freedom of information request

Under the Freedom of Information Act you can request that we make available to you any information held by Birmingham Children's Trust, that has not already been published (this is via the publication scheme).  

To make a request, complete the form above and we will respond within 20 working days of receipt (or, if charges are made, within 20 working days of the fee being received).

Please note there may be a charge for providing this information, for example if it requires a lot of printed material. If this is the case we will inform you as soon as possible.

You can also request information about the personal data that Birmingham Children's Trust holds about you.
