Access your personal information records
We will treat any personal information by which you can be identified (e.g. name, address, email) in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
The GDPR gives individuals the right to obtain a copy of their personal data as well as other supplementary information. This can help individuals to understand how and why we are using their data, and check that we are doing it lawfully. We must provide these details within a month of receiving your request, and the GDPR says that in most cases there is no fee for requesting your information.
Please note: When completing the form you will need to attach proof of ID. This can either be driving licence, passport, council tax bill, birth certificate or a recent utility bill.
