Have your say on the future of Birmingham's libraries
People who live, work, or study in Birmingham are being invited to help shape the future of the library service for Birmingham...
The Libraries Consultation is currently live and we would like to hear the views of all citizens, particularly those who fall under the Equality Act Protected Characteristics through focused engagement.
As part of this focused engagement, we want to ensure that the views of younger children (3-11yrs) and parents, carers and legal guardians of children are taken into account in the current consultation.
We are keen to understand library usage and how we can make libraries more relevant to specific cohorts of people in the city.
To access the questions:
- The following link is a short focused engagement form for parents, carers, and legal guardians including four key questions - https://forms.office.com/e/bx51b86f4n
- If you would like to complete the full questionnaire please click here - https://www.birminghambeheard.org.uk/adults-communities/lc24
- We also have a short children’s form (five questions) here - https://forms.office.com/e/aq605X16ze
You can also download a fun questionnaire for children aged between 3 and 11 years old below. This can be completed and handed into any Birmingham library for a chance to win book vouchers.
