Bfriends Charity launches new website!

Bfriends Charity, friends of Birmingham Children's Trust, is our connected charity, set up in 2021 to gain a greater understanding of the ongoing and changing needs of children in care and care-experienced young people.

While a registered independent charity, Bfriends works closely with the Trust and our children in care and care leavers, who even chose the name of the charity and helped design the logo. 

And now, with their brand new website, you can read all about this process, along with keeping up to date with the latest Bfriends news and events, and learning how YOU can support this wonderful charity helping our young people in Birmingham. 

Our co-chair, Abba Loughran, is a care-experienced young person and an ambassador for children in care and care leavers. This is how she summarises the mission of Bfriends:

"Together we aspire for every young person or adult to have a good friendship in their life. The core value of Bfriends is to ensure we can support the creation and development of friendships, ones with trust, longevity and true meaning."
