We have today (26 May 2021) published our Business Plan for 2021/22. This plan has been agreed by the Trust’s Board, and has been signed off by Birmingham City Council’s Cabinet Committee for Group Company Governance, reflecting that the Trust is a wholly-owned company of the council.
The Business Plan is an important account of the Trust’s progress to date. It includes a foreword and reflections from young people in our Children in Care Council and Care Leavers’ Forum, and sets out our priorities for the coming year and the planned investments to further improve outcomes for the city’s most vulnerable children, young people and families.
Andy Couldrick, Trust Chief executive, said: “The Business Plan paints a picture of a Trust that did not stand still during the pandemic year, but rather went on developing and improving its offer, to its staff but importantly to those needing our services. We continue to develop, to progress and to innovate."
